Geotag.com is a web platform for uploading, organizing, geotagging, processing, and exporting photos by geographic location. This policy applies to your use of that service. By using Geotag.com, you agree to the practices described here.
What We Collect
We collect your account details (such as your email address), the photos you upload and the metadata embedded in them (including location and other EXIF/IPTC data), limited billing details handled by our payment processor, and basic usage data needed to operate and improve the service.
How We Use It
We use this data to provide and operate the service, process and organize your images, handle payments, respond to your requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting (Google Cloud), payment processing (Stripe), and website analytics. These providers handle your data under their own terms and only as needed to support our service.
Access, Correction, Export & Deletion
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of your content and account information directly in the app, or contact us at support@geotag.com for help with any request.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems within a reasonable period.
