Geotag.com is a web platform for uploading, organizing, geotagging, processing, and exporting photos by geographic location. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Geotag.com for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to upload malicious or illegal content, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display your content so we can operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

Some features require a paid plan. Applicable fees and billing terms are described on our pricing page.
Disclaimer & Liability
Geotag.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
